Rixor connected to your external stack
Send selected events from Rixor to authorized external URLs.
Read data associated with the event: contact, conversation, order, payment, ticket, or stage.
Log responses, errors, retries, and technical delivery logs for each event.
Validate security using a token, shared secret, or webhook signature.
Requires an active Rixor account and a valid HTTPS URL to receive events.
The external system must respond with 2xx codes to confirm correct webhook delivery.
Data sent depends on the activated events, account permissions, and payload configuration.
You can pause, edit, or disconnect webhooks at any time from integration settings.

Equipo Rixor
Tip
For best results, use one secret per webhook and validate the signature before processing the payload.

Comment
It would be useful to have payload examples for ecommerce, CRM, and support.
What is a webhook?
It is an automatic call that Rixor sends to an external URL when an event occurs — for example, a lead created, an order paid, or a ticket closed.
What do I need to connect one?
Just a valid HTTPS URL from the external system, choose the events, define a security secret, and test the payload from Rixor.
What happens if my system doesn't respond?
Rixor logs the error, shows the HTTP status, and can retry delivery based on the webhook configuration.
